Block brushes are integrated into machinery and used in a wide range of industrial and mining applications. The brush specs vary significantly based on the intended application, including the block/base material and the bristle/wire material and density.

Polypropylene (PP) is a rigid and durable thermoplastic polymer. It is also lightweight and non-toxic, making it safe for food contact applications.

Crimped brass wire is non-ferrous.

Werner’s floor polishing brushes are made to fit OEM flooring polisher and scrubbing machines that effectively clean and remove the dirt and grime on the floor surface.

Diameter: 120mm – 585mm (standard)

Used in OEM and specialised floor polishing machines. Designed for rotational applications, including cleaning, sweeping, and polishing.

For use with most angle grinders. Do not apply excessive pressure or exceed maximum RPM of 12,500. Optimum RPM is 6,300 – 12,500.

Note: Refer to the machine manufacturer’s instruction manual. Machines to be operated and serviced by qualified technicians.
