Our crimped wire cup brushes are more flexible and have more give than their knotted counterpart. This type of cup brush is recommended for lighter cleaning and polishing.

Width: 15mm – 35mm

Wire Thickness: 0.20 – 0.40

Can be used for a variety of activities on flat and curved surfaces, including surface preparation, rust/paint/scale removal, deburring, cleaning and edge blending.

For use with a drill or air tool. Do not apply excessive pressure or exceed maximum RPM of 4500.

A more aggressive and robust brush due to the very stiff wire knots and high filament density. Suitable for medium- and heavy-duty brushing such as deburring, cleaning rust, spatter and descaling.

Diameter: 60mm – 140mm

Thread: M14x2mm / 5/8” BSW

Wire Thickness: 0.50 – 0.80

Knotted wire cup brushes are designed to scour metal, making it perfect for cleaning weld beads, deburring machined surfaces, and removing sharp edges from sheet metal. Fits most grinders.

For use with most angle grinders. Do not apply excessive pressure or exceed maximum RPM of 12,500. Optimum RPM is 6,300 – 12,500.

Made for medium-duty hand-held or automated brushing of workpieces with large surface areas, or pipes and tubing. Available in a range of sizes for DIY and industrial use. Bore wheels supplied with sets of 5 bushes.

Our robust knotted wheels enable aggressive brushing that’s suitable for heavy-duty metalwork. Perfect for descaling, deburring, cleaning of rust and weld seams and removing residues and spatter. Suitable for use on corners and edges. 

Diameter: 100mm – 305mm

Width: 10mm – 40mm (single, double, and triple rows).

Bore: 16mm – 19mm, larger sizes supplied with sets of 5 bushes.

Wire Thickness: 0.40 – 0.80mm

Used with bench grinders and angle grinders. Variable/adjustable hole diameter. Used in aggressive steelwork.

For use with bench grinders and angle grinders. Do not exceed maximum RPM. For best results, use within the optimum RPM range. For maximum and optimum RPM speeds, see specs sheet in the resources section.
