FAQ

Does Werner offer accounts?

Customers can apply for an account. For approved account customers, payment is due 30 days from the date of the statement.

Does Werner sell to the public?

Yes. Although we primarily supply distributors and resellers, individual customers can buy directly from us. Note that we do not hold stock – we manufacture on order. As such, a 2 – 3 day lead time and a minimum order value of R750applies.

Does Werner deliver?

Yes. Note that orders of R2,000.00 and above will be delivered free of charge in Gauteng only. Orders over R10,000.00 will be despatched to areas outside Gauteng, via road transport (RSA only). Delivery fees will apply. Orders under R2,000.00 must be collected at our factory in Booysens Reserve, and a minimum collection order value of R750.00 is applicable.

Claims for shortages or damages must be lodged within 21 days of receipt of goods. No goods delivered, may be returned without prior written authorisation from management. Please note that for Specialised and Agri orders a minimum order quantity of R15 000 is required for delivery.

Does Werner offer a warranty?

No. Werner has been manufacturing quality brushware for nearly eight decades. In the unlikely event that one of our products is deemed to be defective, you can contact your reseller. Resellers/distributors can contact our sales department or your Key Account Manager. If need be, the item in question can be returned for an assessment by our QA department. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation. 

Does Werner manufacture custom brushes?
Yes.
We make specialised brushes for a range of industries, according to the specs supplied – where possible. Speak to our specialised department to discuss your requirements and if need be, send us a drawing, image, or physical sample. Once assessed, we’ll get back to you.
