Werner strip brushes are primarily used to seal, protect, guide and clean industrial and commercial environments, preventing dust, dirt, noise, and other contaminants from entering gaps and openings.

Available in a variety of bristle materials, trim lengths and strip sizes for almost any application. Mounting extrusions complete the package and are available in straight or 90-degree angled configurations.

Werner manufactures loose coil cleaning and guiding systems for conveyors, sheet metal and glass, and crops. These coiled strips are also used for cleaning inside tubular surfaces and polishing metal and other materials.

Individual (single coil) discs are available on request, with bristles facing inward or outward.

Cleaning and guiding systems for conveyors. These coiled strips are also used for cleaning inside tubular surfaces and polishing metal and other materials.

Inside Disc: Cleaning outside surface of pipes, tubing. Acts as shaft seals. Positioning and guiding tubes, wire, and pipe. Available as individual or multiple rings for increased effectiveness.

Outside Disc: Cleaning and polishing systems. Conveying products over bi-level surfaces. May be used individually or mounted together for a wider brush face.

For use with most angle grinders. Do not apply excessive pressure or exceed maximum RPM of 12,500. Optimum RPM is 6,300 – 12,500.

Agricultural brushes are integrated into machinery used for a myriad of operations crucial for crop handling and processing. Their uses range from gentle handling of fruits to aggressive cleaning of root vegetables.

Spiral brushes help clean, polish or wax crops, and are also used in sorting and transporting. The brush shaft is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium, fitted with end-bushes.

Used in agriculture and food processing. Choose a closed-wound coil if the application requires continuous contact between the bristles and the product. An open-wound coil is used when the brush is used on smaller crops, grain or debris, as the gaps between coils let smaller particles move through.

Note: Machines to be operated and serviced by a qualified technician.

Material: The bristles materials are durable yet gentle enough to avoid damaging the crops.

Density and Stiffness: The density and stiffness of the brush bristles are tailored to the type of crop and the level of abrasiveness required. Root vegetables like potatoes and carrots, which have more dirt, may need stiffer and denser bristles compared to something like apples.

Shape and Size: Roller brushes are designed to fit the size and shape of the machine, with considerations for the dimensions and types of crops being processed. They are also tailored to maximize contact with the produce, optimizing the cleaning process.
